We had some positions available with one of the leading Life Insurance & Superannuation providers within their Retail Claims Department. Our client has two Claims Co-ordinator roles open and is seeking individuals with Life or Health Insurance experience.
As a Claims Co-ordinator you will be responsible ensuring all claims documentation is received, logging claims details on the system, making recommendations, imputing payments, maintaining records of paid, denied, pending cases, ensuring follow regarding outstanding requirements are complete and finalising claims accurately and efficiently.
To be successful it is essential that you have experience in a Life or Health Insurance environment. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines as well as under pressure and as part of a team.
Full training and the opportunity to work in a specialist claims environment is on off along with an above market salary + super + bonuses
